What We’re Eating Wednesday: Water Buffalo Burgers + Oysters


Going to fire up the barbecue this long weekend?! Pick up some delicious ground water buffalo to make them with! Our water buffalo and bison is 100% grass fed raised upisland in Black Creek!

Lynn and Tyler made water buffalo burgers with all the good natural condiments: Wilderness Family mayo, Mason Orphee mustard, and Dad’s Ketchup.

They topped the burgers with everyone’s favourite bacon – Wild Boar Bacon and put it on a bed of Suntrio mixed greens with an avacado on top!

If that wasn’t enough goodness they also added a side of Fanny Bay oysters battered with eggs and coconut flour and sautéed in butter!
