What We’re Eating Wednesday: Liver Stew


Finding it hard to get liver in your diet? Hide it in a stew!!

Kelly made this delicious (it tastes better than it looks) stew in the crock pot.

She threw in a bunch of random stuff she had in her fridge and it turned out great and full of amazing nutrients! She added a bunch of veggies including broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, and zucchini in the pot with a can of organic tomato sauce and some spices and let that all cook together. Then she cooked up some ground grass fed lamb and chicken liver and added that into the pot to all stew together. Mmmm such a great way to nourish yourself! What did you eat today?
