Ready for What We’re Eating Wednesday?
Brady made this delicious savoury Frittata Pizza. What an easy meal with so much included!
You just scramble some eggs up with whatever you want! Then cook it until the bottom and ends are nice and crispy. Brady used a truck load of veggies including asparagus, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach. He also added some of our wild boar bacon, organic parmesan cheese, and topped it off with some guacamole and salsa! Yummy!
It tastes amazing as leftovers as well. What did you eat today?
