What We’re Eating Wednesday: Lamb Meatballs


Happy “What We’re Eating Wednesday”! Where we tell you what we are eating!

Today for dinner Catherine is having Grass Fed lamb Meatballs and steamed kale! Need a change from chicken or beef? Our nutritious grass fed lamb is delicious and has a very succulent unique taste.


Super simple meatball recipe:

1 lb – Grass fed ground lamb

5 tbs – Pesto (Goulda’s Pesto is the best!)

1tsp-taste – Himalayan Crystal Salt

Add whatever spices and herbs you love or have on hand!

To Cook:

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls, bake in conventional oven at 350 for around 30 mins or until fully cooked.


Yum! A filling, delicious, simple meal.
