The perfect fall immunity boost drink! Medicinal mushrooms meet bone broth. Your body will definitely be thanking you with this delicious nutrient boost.
- 1 bag – Pasture rasied chicken soup bones
- 2 tbsp – Raw organic apple cider vinegar
- OR: Sub out pre-made bone broth of choice
- 1 tbsp – Grassfed butter
- 1/2 tsp – Pink salt
- 1/4 tsp Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Powder
- Place bones (frozen or thawed) into pot of slow cooker or pressure cooker.
- Add enough water to cover bones.
- Add apple cider vinegar to the water.
- Leave to cook for appropriate time (see above).
- Remove bones from pot.
- Portion out 1-2 cups of broth and place into heat-safe blender.
- Add mushroom powder, butter & salt.
- Blend until smooth & frothy!
