Delicious Gluten Free Banana Bread? That’s B A N A N A S ! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup (or 3 ripe) bananas

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl and mix until fully combined.
  4. Spread mixture into an ovensafe pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes. Check and bake for another 15 minutes if needed.
  6. Pop out of the oven. Leave to cool, and enjoy!
