Delicious Gluten Free Banana Bread? That’s B A N A N A S !
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup (or 3 ripe) bananas
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Spread mixture into an ovensafe pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes. Check and bake for another 15 minutes if needed.
- Pop out of the oven. Leave to cool, and enjoy!
