I know you carry a particular item in store, but I don’t see it online. How can I order it?
Not all items we carry in-store are online. Please give us a call to place a phone order instead, you can reach us at 250-590-5524.
What are the delivery charges for orders?
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100, orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $15 and orders between $50 and $100 are charged a flat rate of $10. All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
How long will delivery take?
Your package will arrive in approximately 2-9 business days. Packages on the west coast often arrive in 2-4 business days when shipped to more urban cities.
How do I track my order?
When we send your order through Canada Post, you will be sent tracking information to your email with information on where you can track your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX securely through Paypal. You do not require a Paypal account to order from our online store.
