Keto, Gluten-Free Pie Crust

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted grass-fed butter
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 pasture raised egg

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients with melted butter.
  2. Add 1 egg and mix into a dough ball.
  3. Spread the dough into a pie pan with your hands.
  4. Pre-bake pie shell before filling in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Fill & enjoy! 🙂
