Recently we added their “Bolivia” and “Dark Milk” bar, and just today we received their new Guatemala bar! It is SO good and has tasting notes of cookie dough, maple-caramel, and hints of spices mmmmm.
Sirene chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate hand-crafted right here in Victoria in small batches. They source their beans from farms that treat their workers well and produce the highest quality beans with interesting flavours!
