L-Arginine is an amino acid involved in protein synthesis. For adults with stable heart disease, 3 scoops per day may modestly improve exercise capacity.
Adults – Take one (1) – three (3) heaping scoops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Mix product well in one (1) – two (2) cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea).
